1. Returns
1.1. Products eligible for return:
We accept returns of jewelry that is in its original and unworn condition. The products must be in the same condition in which you received them, without signs of wear, and in their original packaging.
1.2. Deadline to request a return:

1.3. Exceptions to the return:
Please note that we do not accept returns in the following cases:
Personalized jewelry that has been engraved, custom fitted, or created to your specifications.
Jewelry that has been used or damaged after delivery.
Jewelry purchased during a final clearance sale or promotion
1.4. Return process:
Once we have received your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. You may need to send the product back to our specified address. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
1.5. Inspection and approval of the return:
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility requirements. If everything is in order, we will process your return and send you an email notification confirming the refund.
